About the Role
You will be the first chief of staff hire at a fast growing startup. You will see every function of a company in your first year and own most of them. You will build the machinery that lets Sales close and the company run, then operate it yourself until it is worth handing off.
What you will do
Everything that turns a stranger into a customer, and everything behind it that keeps the company running. From target research and pipeline to payroll, vendors, compliance and swag.
You know how to gather people. If we put a construction team in a room for a dinner or a site visit, it should be worth their evening.
Design systems that keep overhead low so the rest of the team spends its time on customers and product.
Take on whatever GTM work is stuck, whether that is a pilot that has gone quiet or research on a competitor.
What we are looking for
We weight learning speed over experience.
An AI-native operating mindset and experience using AI, automation, or agents to improve how revenue teams work
Articulate, thoughtful communication in writing and speaking
Experience with CRMs and connecting CRMs with product data, billing, support, marketing, or customer success systems
The ability to work directly with a CEO, push back when needed, and finish work without supervision.
